Martha Stewart Altered Packaging - Magnolia Card

Update 03/31/11
This project won the "Top Talent Award" at Our Creative Corner Challenge blog!
I'm so happy...Thanks to all the OCC DT!!!

*****************************************************************

I'm excited to share this project with you today...
Do you recognize the shape of this box? Well, it's the packaging from Martha Stewart craft punch.
The box was too pretty to toss away, so I've altered it into a pretty little gift box.

This is what I did to the back of the box...it's just perfect for a square topper.
This adorable Tilda was colored with Prisma pencils then with Distress Ink for shadowing.
I've used papers from Prima and DCWV...so gorgeous!

and here is the side view of the gift box...

Inside...some lovely spring blooms for a dear friend.

I enjoyed making this altered projects...hope you will give this a try.
Don't throw those packaging away! :)
This is what the original packaging looks like before the alteration...

Magnolia Stamp: Tilda with Heart Lace
Coloring Medium: Prisma Pencils & Distress Inks
Paper: Prima &DCWV

This project was entered into the following Challenges:
(Thank you for all the wonderful Challenges!)

Happy Sunday to all and Thanks for your visit today.
