I Love You...today, tomorrow and forever.

I'm so excited I found a new (to me) scrapbook sketch challenge.
It's Once Upon a...Sketch, and I will be playing more often.
It's been way too long since my last layout, but I'm so happy to have found this lovely challenge and this wonderful sketch to work with.
Here is the beautiful sketch...

I have rotated the sketch for my layout.
This will be the first of many layouts for my wedding album...so please stay tune.

The papers are from My Minds Eye (Lost and Found collection).
Prima flowers and my handmade flower and pebble.
You will also find gorgeous lace, silk ribbon and beautiful buttons.
Hope you like it...

Thank You so much for your visit, enjoy your weekend.

Little Darling Blog Hop - Guest Designer

Hi there! Welcome to Little Darlings Blog Hop. If you are doing the hop in order, you have arrived here from Myrna's blog.
Isn't her work just beautiful.
If you get lost along the way, please click here to start the hop.

Love to Stamp store is releasing a new Back to School collection. Take a look at these cuties...

I was asked to be a Guest Designer for this release, how could I refuse these cute stamps.
Beside, both Angie and Mindy are really sweet and I'm so happy to work with them once again.
Thank you so much Mindy for thinking of me when organizing this hop.

I have chosen to highlight this cute little stamp call "Art 101".
Because it's a Back to School release, I thought it was appropriate to title this card
"Oh, the places you will go" ~ Dr. Seuss.
I think it's perfect for this image as well.

Isn't it such a sweet image? Reminds me of little-o-me back in the days...hehee
She was very fun to color and I would love to color her again.

Now, how about some candy? Yup! You can win this adorable stamp I'm showcasing (thanks to Angie)
All you have to do is leave me a comment and the lucky winner will be announce on the Love to Stamp Store Blog on August 5th.

Moving along with the hop...your next stop is the ever so talented Angie!
Get ready to be amaze and good luck on the hop...have fun!

Thanks so much for your visit.
Have a great day.

Thank you s'Sketches DT for having me.

"Time Flies...Miss You" is the title of this card.
While surfing for vintage images, I came across this cute bird and thought it was perfect for this card.
The center paper of the card have stitching and tiny half pearl accents.
Around the edges of this card, I've added clear micro beads from Martha Stewart.
Little things like this makes the card unique and dimensional.

I've added double stitching around the edges of the papers. If you look closely, you'll see two different color threads (pink and green).
Also on this card are dyed doily, flowers (handmade and Prima), stick pins, MS lace butterfly, lace eyelets, and silk ribbon.
Watercan Tilda was colored with Distress Inks and watercolors, then stickles were added for a little sparkle.

Tags for my Friends...

Are you enjoying your weekend? I sure hope so :)

Today, I would like to share two tags made for my blogging friends.
Now that they have received them, I can share it with you all.

This first tag was made using Tilda with Wedding Gifts and she is colored with my favorite coloring technique...watercoloring with Distress Inks.
The gorgeous papers are from Melissa Frances, roses are from WOC which I have added shades of pink and green to match my card.
Hand dyed seam bindings ribbon and my simple stick pins for that vintage shabby look.
These lace and tulle ribbon are from a very sweet friend of mine.

On this next tag, I have also colored Tilda with Peony with Distress Inks.
You can't really see the background paper from DCWV, but I like the pop of colors peeking through.
The tiny micro beads on the bottom are from Martha Stewart.

Magnolia Stamp: Tilda with Wedding Gifts & Tilda with Peony
Coloring Medium: Distress Inks
Paper: Melissa Frances & DCWV
