Simple Cards for s'Sketches Challenge

I've used two beautiful sketches from s'Sketches challenge for this week.
I wish I have more time to play in all their challenges ...really beautiful sketches!
Here is the first sketch...

I've used Pink Paislee papers on this card ... absolutely gorgeous papers!
Stamped some butterflies on acetate, embossed with Distress embossing powder in Vintage Photo then cut and layer them.
The acetate will melt when heated, so please be careful with this method if you plan on trying it.

This next sketch was really fun to play with ...

I know, that lace is just gorgeous right?! I really love it, unfortunately that was my last piece and I don't remember where it came from.
I also love these papers from My Minds eye. The ruffle paper was machine stitched, inked and sanded for the worn shabby look.
To make this card extra girly, I've added feathers and tiny gem spray.

I made a Christmas card with this lovely sketch ...

I really love this "Dec. 25" stamp, you will find them on all my Christmas cards this year!
This is Vintage Tilda and she is just sitting pretty with her sparkle ornament.
Some handmade stickpins, flower and a cute circle shaker with a Santa image from a sweet friend.

Love Potion N. 9 - Spooky Tilda - Magnolia Altered Project

How about something cute and fun today?
I've altered a Prima flower jar to a love potion jar ... "Love Potion N. 9" that is!
The flower jar was perfect because it was shaped in a heart and that's where the idea came from.
I've filled the cute bottle with tulle and red Prima flowers, added some black lace, cheesecloth and seam binding ribbons.
This adorable Magnolia image stands on a cute Spellbinder die with her Love Spell printed on the card stock.

Thinking of You - A Fairy Good Rest by Belles 'n Whistles

It's been a busy week for me, but I just have to sit down and color in this little cutie!
I just love these Fairy stamps from Belles 'n Whistles and don't you think these papers are so pretty?
They are from My Minds Eye Lost and Found collection, absolutely gorgeous.
The fancy tag with "Thinking of You" is a die from Spellbinders.
I also used a Spellbinder die for the purple fabric flower.

Well, I still have one more card to share this week.
I'll be back on Friday with a Magnolia card :)

Boo!!! A Halloween Tear Bear Scrapbook Page

Boo!!!
Can you believe I'm back today with another post?!
Here is a 12 x 12 scrapbook page I made last week.
It's been so long since I made a tear bear and I forgot how much fun it is!
It's not pretty seeing all the bear parts on the table, but once it's all glued down ... I think she looks pretty cute! lol
Lots of handmade flowers on this layout including the bottom orange chiffon flower from my dear friend! ;)
