I sure wish spring is here already!
It's raining and cold here, so I've decided to cheer myself up by making this spring inspired card.
I didn't use any designer paper, just a piece of cross stitch fabric with Distress crackle paint. Then sewn the edges to stop the fabric from fraying.

I stamped these butterflies twice on acetate and roughly cut around the edges.
Add silver glitter to the bottom layer, place the second image on by gluing only the center of the butterfly.
Finish off with a string of pearls for the body.

The green flower center is a glass pebble with acrylic paint.
To get the look, I place a mesh fabric over the green pebble and dab on the paint.
Let the paint dry then remove the mesh and you get this beautiful pattern.

I had a great time making this card.
I'm always happy to see you stop by ... Thanks so much!
Enjoy your day.
